I'm Bored!

Ok! So the hubby's @ work.......still......I guess I shouldn't complain since he works on commission and when he's busy it means we get to eat this week!!!

The kids are outside

with friends

and the hose

doing who knows what to my yard

and I don't care!

It's so freakin' HOT

and I'm tired of yelling at them!

When I'm bored I tend to rearrange things in my house. They are perfectly fine the way they were, but just for kicks I mess some more with them cuz..........

I"M BORED!!!

It got me thinkin'

I was a snot. I remember in high school my friend Michelle and I would strut around in our "Gerbeau" jean shorts, "Guess" watches, and I can't remember the name of them but they were really expensive leather shoes. WE WERE COOL!!

At least we thought so

Her Dad would always call us "hot **** wanabes"

and dangit

we were!

I would never shop at a place like the DI......heaven forbid I would reuse anything!

Now its sooooooooooooooo many years later and I have to say

I'm obsessed with that store and the way I can decorate with stuff!

Did I mention my hubby works on commission?!

Did I mention that sometimes we are poooooo

So poor that we can't afford the "R"

Did I mention I like to decorate?

So in my boredum tonight I decided to show just what I have found at the great DI!

And to show that I am not a snot

I have done a complete 360!!

The picnic baskets were like $2

each.......

this vase was also $2!

Pillow shams $1 eachthe urn $2...umbrella stand $4

and that finial (sorry spelling) it

was an awful color but it was $3

and a little spray paint go's along way!i.love.my.candlesticks $3 a piece

and the frame with my cute daughter @ 3years

it was a buck!!!!basket $3 (i elbowed my way in for that one)

pillow $1 and my chest.....$4!!!!

I know I'm weird but the DI ROCKS!!!!!!
