An Update....

I was talking to someone tonight about how I haven't updated my blog for like a week(thanks Mom)! So......we really haven't done much out of the ordinary stuff lately. This past week was quite nice after the crazy move week the week before!!

On Tuesday, Brian came home with Jazz tickets. Lucky for us we had our own private nannies to watch the kids that night(thanks Grandma and Grandpa W.)

We have been offered these tickets many times before, but were always too busy, couldn't get someone to watch the kiddos, yada yada yada......

We were so excited to finally be able to go to one!!

And these tickets did not disappoint! They are Tony's seats! Right on the floor baby!!! The tickets say row one, but we were like, row 4. It was awesome!! You could see everything, hear everything, and ummm smell everything!!!!!

The funnest thing (at least we thought so) was that before the game we got to go down down down to a dining room in the bottom of the ES Arena and eat for free!!!! All you could eat buffet and then during half time we went back down there for nachos and popcorn and all the beer you could drink!!! We got trashed!!!!! SIKE!!! But the 4 gentlemen sitting next to us sure did!!! Drunk people are hilarious!!!! One guy sitting next to Brian kept getting rowdy and whistling at the Jazz dancers.....he said he was only doing it for Brian because he knew Brian wanted to oogle, but couldn't cuz I was there!!!! He kept saying things like, " I got your back, buddy"!!!!!

We could never afford or even justify buying these seats on our own! They are $452.00 each!!!
Gulp!

warming up

oooooooo Mr. Korver.......you are so handsome up close..........

A.K.........

during one of the time outs, they brought out the Utes football team, pretty cool. Then during another time out, they picked a guy out of the audience to throw a football at a target. He stood on the center court line and had to hit a bullseye up in the stands. He had I think 4 shots. After he shanked 2 of those, they asked him if he wanted some help. Then they brought the Utes quarterback out (Brian Johnson please don't kill me if that's not his name)! He missed the first shot, but totally rocked the second!! Then they told the contest winner what he won.....tickets to the superbowl!!!!!! He about fainted!!! So fun!!!

I have no idea what happened to some of my pictures......I took the cutest pic of the cutest baby that sat in front of us......needless to say I watched him most of the game!!! He was 10 months, had crazy hair, dimples on TOP of his cheeks cuz he was so cubby, and a cute shirt that said "my first Jazz game".
Dang, I just can't get them to load.......then there was this guy sitting by us , that we both swear was Mickey Rourke!!!! no joke!!!! Crazy lookin' and all......we got the best shot of him cuz no one would believe us.....and now.....stupid pictures won't load!!!!!
any who, Mom this rambling post was for you!!!!! Love you

Bittersweet.......

Here I sit at my computer......in a space in my home that holds so many dear memories.....and I notice that this will be the last 'post' I will make from my home of 12 years. The computer will get moved tonight as one of the last items that will make it's new journey into another chapter of our lives. I thought I was ok leaving this home, but I really am kidding myself. Special moments were made here......first steps.....first words.....wrong paint choices.....wallpaper that made Brian swear(alot).....the red stain on my family room carpet from a helpful 2 year old...........and one shouldn't forget the yard......oh my......

so on we go.....not really knowing what will come next.....on to living with family for a few months......

and goodbye to all the whispers....giggles....yelling.....crying.....and laughter that these walls have held inside for a very long time.
