Turns out new batteries every now and then help.
I'm serious.
So here's a few pictures of what we have been up to this summer.
Madison Gift Shop
need I say more?
We take a new picture by this sign in West Yellowstone every year we are up there!
She thinks everything in Yellowstone is named after her!
And I don't have the heart to tell her it's the other way around!!
The up*a*lows @ Old Faithful!! That's what my nephew kept calling them!
They couldn't give a rats aaaa bum that people were around them. One year my Grandpa Bud about got run over by one at Canyon! Do you remember that mom and dad?!
I have been to Yellowstone almost every year since I was a new born and this is the first time I've ever stopped to get a picture by this sign!
My family has a cabin on Henry's Lake in Island Park. It is so beautiful there. Do you think I took a picture for my bloggy friends to see?
Thought I did.
Sorry.
The kids had a ball.
My butt fell asleep. And I was wedged in the corner of the Tundra bed and the air mattress.
Did my hubby help me out?
ummm no
Did he laugh his butt off?
ummmm ya
Cherry Days parade. We sit in the same spot every year. With the same people. It wouldn't be the 4th without them! AHEM STACI.....I'll forgive you just this year!
This picture cracks me up. Madi put her pack on backwards so it was easy access to get more candy!

Love seein' the pics! I absolutely love the one of Madi with the backwards pack. It makes me smile. It's perfect - it's like the essence of Madi caught on camera! Love it!! Oh, and I was gonna tell you - cameras need batteries sometimes! Hahaha - just kiddin!!! Lots of love :0)
Thank you for forgiving me this year. It was a special occasion you know. West Weber only celebrates every 150 years. And Oaklan did win happiest baby in his category. Hee Hee. I love those made up awards for not winning the Prince. We also got to be in the parade. We took Dad's Mustang because they claimed they needed a car to put the senior citizens in but they had so many cars that we just rode in the parade as an antique car. I must say I would go to West Weber's celebration over North Ogden's though...everything at the park was free. Free breakfast, free cotton candy, free snowcones, free facepainting, free games, free bouncehouses. I guess if you only celebrate every 150 years you can afford to have fun for free...without commercial advertisement. But I did miss the good friends up here!
It looks like you are having so much fun! I havn't been to yellowstone since I was a little kid. I am sure I am depriving my kids.
how fun, and I love the last photo
