a bunch of you have asked me what our new callings are in our new ward. well, brian is over the 11 year old scouts (he has 3). and me...i am the chorister in the relief society(insert belly laugh here). for those of you that know me quite well know that i can not walk and chew gum at the same time, so just imagine me trying to lead! i have told the sisters on numerous occasions that i am just up there for comic relief! i am also involved with prepardness/humanitarian/food storage. talk about a kick in the bum to get my stuff together!
so the other day i got a phone call. it went like this.
bro. h.: hi sister ware, i was wondering if you and brian would give the prayers in sac. meeting this sunday in the 17th ward?
me: um, we've moved
bro. h.: really! i had no idea! where did you move to?
me: a.... down by the jr. high
bro. h.: ok i'll find someone else
pretty normal conversation right? well, this is the 4th time he has called us to do prayers in sac. meeting!!!! and we moved in january!!

Duh!!!! that is funny. I am the chorister in RS too. It is a pretty silly calling! But someone needs to provide comedy every Sunday, we can't just leave it up to the sunbeams.
what a winner of a ward Jen! So where at by the Jr High...Oh I guess I should ask what Jr High. I forget there are two now!
I know you told me yesterday, but reading that is so funny! That's almost as bad as people in our ward still asking if we're new! Yah, we were 7 YEARS AGO!!!! DUH!
