Bittersweet.......

Here I sit at my computer......in a space in my home that holds so many dear memories.....and I notice that this will be the last 'post' I will make from my home of 12 years. The computer will get moved tonight as one of the last items that will make it's new journey into another chapter of our lives. I thought I was ok leaving this home, but I really am kidding myself. Special moments were made here......first steps.....first words.....wrong paint choices.....wallpaper that made Brian swear(alot).....the red stain on my family room carpet from a helpful 2 year old...........and one shouldn't forget the yard......oh my......

so on we go.....not really knowing what will come next.....on to living with family for a few months......

and goodbye to all the whispers....giggles....yelling.....crying.....and laughter that these walls have held inside for a very long time.

I can't imagine the feeling of having to leave so many memory filled rooms behind. I am sure that you will make many more where ever you end up. By the way where are you going? I hope this is a personal choice that comes on good terms. Best of luck to you in the move and keep in touch!

I know how you feel we only moved a few blocks and didn't change schools, jobs, or a lot of other things that you changed when you move and it was still tuff. I cried as I walked out the door not for the house but for all the memories. At first I looked every day when I drove by and now I don't even think about looking. It does get better...let me know if you need any help

Waaaaa! It's sad seeing your house dark! What am I going to do without Maddie coming in to chat or Haylee playing with Lizzie or McCoy and Caden fighting over my water hose...seriously, how can you do it?! Miss you guys already!

How are you? I know what it is like to move, it is even harder moving across the country, because you don't get to see your family and friends every day. We were just realizing how much we likeed Cache Valley when we moved and all of the memories it had for us, but in the end we are making new friends, some new memories and everyone is getting the chance to grow just a little more. Our move has been a tough one but with the Ward families and each other it will be worth it. I hope this helps just a little bit. Where are you guys looking to move to? Will your kids be going to the same schools or are you going to have to jump schools? Keep in touch talk to you later. Steph:)
